Welcome to the North Downs Sinfonia

North Downs Sinfonia
We are an amateur symphony orchestra which plays a wide repertoire of orchestral music, with concerts twice a year at Tatsfield Village Hall, in Surrey.

Our aim is to provide a concert programme that is varied and entertaining, with a number of popular favourites, but do not shy away from occasionally  playing the less well known or more challenging work as part of our repertoire.

Huge thanks to everyone who made our sell-out Autumn concert this year such a success. Francis Griffin (conductor) Davide Sorrentino (soloist) made it an evening to remember and we hope to see many of you again next year. A review of the concert can be seen here.

On Sunday 7th January we will welcome Alex Trigg to play Haydn's Piano Concerto No. 11 as part of our Young Soloists concert.

If you wish to receive occasional news of the North Downs Sinfonia, including information about forthcoming concerts, please contact us and join our mailing list.
